• Orders & Cancellations

  Securing details in writing

  We process requests accurately. To protect details, we only accept written confirmations and require purchase orders to clearly show an order number. Verbal orders are not accepted.

• Ownership of Goods

  Clear title from production to delivery

  We take pride in manufacturing and sourcing high-quality products for your brand. Ownership title remains our property until payment clears into our account.

• Sample Policy

  Check quality with confidence

  We provide 1-2 samples post-quote. Existing clients receive up to $20 free. New accounts are invoiced, credited back when returned clean within 14 days.

• Trading Terms

  Flexible payment accounts

  New clients: Upfront payment required on artwork approval. A 14-day credit facility is available after 3 successfully completed orders. All payments are to be made via EFT.

• Account Maintenance

  Protecting active relationships

  Credit accounts must operate within a strict 15-day net limit. Arrears will trigger an immediate 'Stop Supply' status. 60+ days defaults to debt recovery.

• Indent & Offshore

  Managing global lines seamlessly

  Custom orders require a 50% deposit, balance cleared pre-dispatch. Quotes carry 21 days validation. Tolerances of +/- 5% apply.

• Artwork & Colours

  Perfect representation setup

  Clients must deliver production ready files. Minor touch-ups are free; re-draws and styling incur fees. Physical sampling advised for exact matching.

• Shipping & Delivery

  Economical transit routes

  We make every effort to ship completed orders via economical routes. Orders dispatched on our freight accounts and billed directly. We are not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or unexpected acts of God.

• Claims & Returns

  Fair resolution policies

  All variation claims must be supplied in writing within 7 days of delivery. Returns verified exclusively for factory flaws or decoration misprints.
