Artwork we need

There are two main types of artwork files: Vector and Raster.

Vector artwork

Best for logos and promotional products

  • .EPS
  • .AI
  • .PDF
  • .SVG

Vector artwork can be enlarged or reduced without losing quality, making it the preferred format for most promotional products.

  • Can be scaled to almost any size
  • Maintains sharp, clean edges
  • Produces high-quality results
  • Suitable for a wide range of printing and branding methods

OUR PREFERENCE: If you have a vector version of your logo, please send it to us.

Raster artwork

Best suited to photographs and some digital applications

  • .JPG
  • .JPEG
  • .PNG
  • .TIFF
  • .PSD
  • .BMP

Raster images are made up of pixels. When enlarged beyond their original resolution, they can become blurry or pixelated.

Raster artwork can still be suitable for some applications, including photographic reproduction and embroidery, depending on the product and branding method.

NOT SURE WHAT TYPE OF FILE YOU HAVE? Simply send it to us and we'll let you know.

Matching your brand colours

Getting your colours right matters.

  • If you're not sure which Pantone colours are used in your logo or artwork, don't worry — we can help.

  • Simply send us your artwork and we'll work with you to identify the closest colour match.

  • This helps ensure your promotional products remain consistent with your existing brand identity.

How will your logo be branded?

Different products and materials require different decoration methods. We'll recommend the most suitable option based on your product, artwork, quantity, budget and desired result.

  1. Screen print

Ideal for: Tote bags, water bottles, t-shirts

A popular and economical option for larger quantities. Ink is applied directly to the product through a fine mesh screen.

  2. Digital / full colour

Ideal for: Mouse pads, magnets, screen wipes, selected promotional products

Perfect when your artwork contains multiple colours, detailed graphics or requires full-colour reproduction.

  3. Pad print

Ideal for: Pens, key rings, novelty items

A versatile method for printing onto curved, irregular or smaller surfaces. Multiple colours can be applied individually.

  4. Heat transfer / sublimation

Ideal for: T-shirts, polyester garments, detailed artwork

A great option for intricate designs or artwork that isn't suitable for traditional screen printing.

  5. Laser engraving

Ideal for: Metal pens, trophies, wood, glass

Creates a crisp, permanent finish by engraving your logo directly into the product.

  6. Embossing / debossing

Ideal for: Leather, vinyl, selected packaging, chocolates

Creates a premium three-dimensional effect by pressing your logo into or onto the product. Embossing raises the design while debossing creates a recessed effect.

  7. Embroidery

Ideal for: Hats, clothing, blankets, bags

Your logo is converted into a stitch file and reproduced using coloured thread — creating a durable, professional finish.
